A few quick answers that might save you a message:

• The Sailing Hangar doesn't handle payments or shipping. Once you're in touch with a buyer or seller, the sale itself happens directly between you — we're not able to help with a transaction that's already underway between two users.
• Reporting a listing or a user: please include the listing URL or the seller's username so we can look into it quickly.
